Well for you guys having trouble with ur card and linking the account well I had the same problem but like you guys it says ur PlayStation account has been found make an account so what you guys should do
1. Make a new email
2. Random display name doesn’t matter
3. Make the acct and it should auto connect to ur PlayStation since you used PlayStation for it to work
4. It should let you choice the console ur on now for the code
5. They gave you a code to put into the PlayStation store in the redeem section and then put that code and redeem and it should be on ur account alll set

Lastly just buy a psn gift card instead next time it’s much easier 😭🙏🏼 hope that helps
