I thought my 2016 Honda CB 500x was the swiss army knife bike for me, , but now I have a 2002 F650GS and love it more than the Honda!

I bet that would be perfect for a BDR trip! A friend of mine had an F 650 GS DAKAR, I never rode it, but it looked like a fun bike!

Would you say the higher 1, Dakar version, would be a good all rounder for 90km round trips and SERIOUS off-road or do you think it'll be a bit heavy for off-road?
