A very simple idea that I hope will help you... in short, we're only ever as happy as the least happy child in our care, so how can we make our children happier...?

What about employees that need to care for older, sick family members? The woman at work with kids has gotten to work from home for the entire pandemic although she has parents who are healthy enough to care for them and a nanny. The rest of us have to go in and be exposed. Are our lives not as meaningful? Meanwhile, I have a 75 year old mother and a 60 year old older Veteran sister with copd. Old people are dying from this but attention is only given to employees with kids. Screw the rest of us.
