Показать описание
REDWAVE CX is a sensor based sorting machine (optical sorting machine) for the glass recycling industry. It is the new generation of intelligent glass sorting with enhanced recognition technology for dark glass.

Up to now dark and thick glass pieces could not be distinguished from CSP due to low transmission value and were ejected along with the CSP reject stream. The sorting of dark glass will significantly reduce the amount of glass loss and increase the productivity r ate of the plant.

HIGH QUALITY DARK GLASS can be recognized now. Productivity and
output increases.
CSP REJECT STREAM (Ceramics, Stone and Porcelain) will be reduced and disposal costs decrease.

HIGHLIGHTS REDWAVE CX
Pioneering new camera technology combined with an optimized light source enables the detection of difficult materials.
The advantages of REDWAVE technological improvements:

- PRODUCTIVITY RATE
The loss of glass in facilities will be sustainably reduced and recovery rate will be increased. This leads to an increase in the productivity rates of the sorting plants.

- EXISTING REDWAVE CX UPGRADES
A retrofit kit is available to existing users of REDWAVE CX and REDWAVE CXF sorting machines to expand them cost effectively and to include the improved technology.

- GLASS RECOVERY FROM CSP STOCKPILES
Development of an independent post-stage for the recovery of dark glass pieces from the CSP waste of existing plants.

POWERFUL 2-WAY AND 3-WAY SORTING SYSTEMS WITH IMPROVED RECOGNITION TECHNOLOGY
The REDWAVE CX glass sorting machines are equiped with a 3-way design which enables equally high efficiency for both the first and the second ejection. With one ejection on the front and one on the back, the distance between the material scan and the ejection is the same for both sorts. This concept, in combination with the improved, independently developed camera and lighting technology as well as the associated sorting software, enables an unprecedented high detection rate. The powerful valve and nozzle arrangement allow compact sorting systems with fewer sorting steps.

I have contacted you earlier about a design floor on the redwave CX. When cleaning the machine it is heavy to pull back to clean the air blowers and when I pulled it back it went straight through the buffer's, the metal was bent in and the machine landed on my foot ( bridge of my foot I would not be complaining if it had landed on my toe caps) but I was pinned to the floor I had to stay there until I was helped out by my work mate and also because there is a camera on the machine my manager saw it and said that it must have hurt which it did but because there was only 3 on the team I had to stay there with my leg up and there was no 1st aider on site so I shut up and carried on. I had taken photos as well as video evidence, also the redwave CX was brand new. I have contacted you earlier but heard nothing back. Yours sincerely Mr Simon Foster. ps I have contacted you because I don't want to go through my solicitor, express solicitor's from Manchester but I am from Rotherham UK
