Feeling relaxed or at ease when you’re chewing on gum is a leftover brain association from the cavemen days. Cavemen would only eat when they felt safe and away from predators. So now when you chew or eat, your brain goes ‘I must be safe’ and chills out a little. Lovely video as always!
