Hi. Great info, as always! You should consider putting together a show with what the fusion industry is missing for achieving a full and sustainable reaction. That would be a lot of info to unfold.
I am looking forward to it!!! Cheers!

Ok the footage of the pistol shrimp hunting is absolutely fascinating... and that's only compounded by the fact that it can potentially teach us about controlled nuclear fusion :) Such an incredible world we live in!

I‘m undecided whether to watch the bonus content 😉

I watched this video during lunch today. I found it informative but with too much emphasis or bias for one form of fusion reaction using a takomack reactor. I had hoped you would have more info on the Helion style reactor which seems to be far more scalable and controllable. It is exciting that fusion will finally be a viable clean power source in the next few years.

4:08 It looks like fusion reactors will need quantum computers (almost as elusive as fusion itself.) Exascale computing, exciting as it may seem, adds significantly to the cost of fusion.

When are we going to hear how the DT fusion devices are going to breed tritium? Among other problems such as testing the breeding systems, it seems that large quantities of lithium will have to isotopically enriched. This could be a massive, non-trivial, and expensive undertaking.

Nothing about the actual fusion that worked in california?
