Everybody loves jelly desserts when they look like this!

40 grams of strawberry gelatin
250 ml of hot water
250 ml of ice water
oil
200 grams of sour cream
400 grams of condensed milk
500 ml of milk
24 grams of colorless gelatin

This is like the second video I’ve seen with “pourable” cream cheese. I’ve never ever seen pourable cream cheese. I’m I missing something here or is she pouring something else like regular cream or heavy cream

Cream cheese or heavy whipping cream? Heavy whipping cream would make a lot more sense, even melted cream cheese doesn't look like that. 🙂
