This was my favorite! And a true story. I love that the crown reflected this!

Learning about the culture and customs of a country that one was not raised within is very difficult! The differences between the various
socio-economic groups are amazing! Britain has a well-established class system with rigid rules; one knows where one is within the
pecking order. America, not so much; but it is there; as is true in European countries where a monarchy either reigns (but does not rule)
or are people who compose the so-called "upper-crust" of those societies (many springing from families that were once royal).

I loved this montage. Mohammad really came off as crass and prejudiced at the start of the episode but by the end of this clip you were rooting for him, and for Sydney. Their relationship ended up being one of the most heartfelt subplots in the entire season.

Jennings is the quintessential Duke of Windsor. They should make a movie about him starring Jennings.

As a historian, I know a fair bit about royalty, protocols and traditions from past to presence. And the more I know, the gladder I am I’m not one of them, although I do ride, sometimes has a go at polo and went to school with some of this kind of people, both those have nothing to do with appearances. Too much effort e to be seen as an upperclass.

The title should be "How to Be a Posh Englishman".
If anybody is interested in getting to know ordinary British people, it's much more simple: just stop by any pub in the UK

its easy to be English.

Walk on the roadside at all times

Smile and nod when the woman talks, never give her your opinion, just agree with hers.

When a woman stands from her seat, or returns to said seat, stand up until she is seated.

Don't boast about your accomplishments, no-one likes a bragger.

One thing that is wild is that he went on safari with Bror Blixen, and Blixen described him as being one of the toughest hunters he ever encountered. And said that he "looks down on anything not masculine." Interesting that we see a bit of the opposite here.
