Idea: if you find a glass structure with a furnace inside it, do not attempt to breach it

Entity: Glazier
Entity appearance: Humanoid, completely white with black eyes and has glass texture coated on the skin.
Entity behaviour: Normally passive and shy. If contact is made by a player it will give player a stack of glass blocks and then vanish. At times if it notices destroyed windows, it will repair them however, this only occurs only if not looked at directly by a player. However, if a player destroys glass blocks belonging to the glass structure with the furnace, the Glazier will become angry and cause anything the player walks over or builds to instantly turn into glass which will instantly shatter, including bedrock.

Idea: Infinite loop
single player (Somehow an entity named endless got in)
He was having fun trying to normally beat minecraft until he saw an illusion he decides to stare for 10 seconds for fun 5 minutes later he got in the cave he's lucky enough to find diamonds until he got trapped inside, the entity says "YOU CANNOT ESCAPE" Infinity times he had no choice but to delete minecraft.

The title reminds me of SCP-4885: Find Him.
A tall entity who resembles the main character of the "Where's Waldo" book series. If anyone knows its exactly current location it'll vanish from it and reappear in that person's stomach and climb out of their mouth. (Did I mention he's huge? Like Slenderman proportions.) If you simply stumble upon his location he'll climb down your throat. Victims' corpses become decorated with Where's Waldo like illustrations (on which Waldo himself has not been found) and will also trigger the entity if found.
They literally need to assume 4885 is contained because of how dangerous knowing his location is. Luckily someone designed drones that search for and transport its victims to a secret location to minimize the odds of a breach. 4885 is a lot more patient than this guy though? More than willing to sit there forever until someone learns where he or his victims' remains are.
Idea: you should do more SCP content please.
