Currently going through a lot of shit, and I was afraid to listen to this song. It hurts. It’s beautiful. And both of the singers are absolutely amazing live.

I discovered these guys right before my worst heartbreak. This was the first and only song BY them in my playlist and god damn I had no idea how much the lyrics would apply to me. She always colored me a shade she couldn't see. It was like I didn't exist or matter to her.

Since then I've discovered nothing but bangers in the last week or so from Capistan and oh my god these guys are amazing

This song helped me so much as I was dealing with my cheating wife. She had been gifted a signed vinyl of Silverstein's album Discovering the waterfront album from the guy she was cheating on me with. Sadly this was my favorite album by them but that still didn't keep me from burning it in the backyard while I listened to wax poetic on repeat as it burned in front of me. One of the hardest things I've ever gone through and this band helped me navigate my feelings over the years. So thank you for that.
