***IMPORTANT TO ME: I have been searching for a crochet pattern to duplicate the 1940's chenille robe that my mother had when I was a child. It had a belt that was gathered and fastened in the back, Balloon Sleeves, full collar, pockets and a slight train at the bottom that would float across the floor when she walked. You do such FABULOUS seeming effortless georgeous designs, I was hoping you might take a stab at this type of crochet. So far I've made the bottom going vertically up and down with 10 sc at the waistband, 45 hdc and 45 dcd (all BLO) Your balloon sleeve sweater or Off the Shoulder Top looks like it might be a fit for the sleeves. I would LOVE to see you make a full length robe like this. Please let me know if you wish to attempt this project. Sincerely, an ardent admirer!!
