I'm here to show you how to harvest hardy parsley as the frost arrives and store for the winter. You can store parsley by freezing (best for flavour) or drying (great for some herb mixes and dehydrated recipes).

To harvest and store: Snip from the plant, wash and dry well. Remove all extra moisture and the tough stems. And you're set! Dry or freeze to enjoy your garden parsley all year round.

The stems have by far the most flavor, so they should be finely chopped and used in sauces, stews and so on.
Do not throw those away!
