I applied the advice to Virtual Box and it finally worked. I would never have guessed that it was enough to do one thing - remove floppy.

i was getting the error at installation, i did the same n oracel vbox but now it is asking me for product key

This was not helpful for me. I got this error, but it was at the beginning of the clean install of Windows 11. There is no operating on this system yet, at all, so I can't leave the install process. I did find the problem, though. I had a second USB thumbdrive in the computer with motherboard drivers, and apparently Windows didn't like it. Once I removed it, I could restart the install process.
