When you narrate you need to pause after each major facts...it sounds like one big mumble jumble.
Listening to this drives me crazy, learning of important facts, not being able to take it all in to be numbed by the continuing babble.
Also, when you talk about the central belt or name the cities why not show them on a map.
I simply have to quit as it is dizzying to try to keep up and no visual whatsoever
