Ever since I first heard the song (and saw this performance here) I was instantly in love :) France Gall has always been, even decades after this performance here, a wonderful and unique woman. Her later "Ella Elle L'a", for example, is just as unforgettable and was a huge hit. About this song: simply wonderful. I can listen to the song a thousand times and it never gets boring. And how the beautiful France Gall sang here as French in German, just timelessly great. In the end she "only" took 3rd place at this festival, but in my opinion she should have won without a doubt. And a funny fact: Years later, the composer, Christian Bruhn, delivered the soundtrack for the anime series "Captain Future", which is also legendary to this day. Just a small cog from the countless other hits and cult songs he has delivered.
