I love watching Thai girls eat, its like they are painting a picture on the spoon. Every piece of the dish is meticulously placed on the spoon as if the position of the cilantro alone will change the flavors.

270 baht for that cafe is such a good deal, especially since they offer inside seating too. Wow. I’ve been to Bangkok, Phuket, phi phi, and Krabi. Really want to see Chang Mai!

I’ve been following you for a while. I have to say that even for a guy who’s been to over 65 countries and have visited Thailand numerous times for last 12 plus years, I find you videos informative, funny and motivational.

I think you’ve been pushing most people in right directions for awhile and i personally appreciate it. I am currently in Bangkok possibly looking at retirement visa. I hope to see you in the near future.

Bananas! Bananas will kill the heat instantly. I love fruits sprinkled with chili powder (Mexican style). About 20 years ago I purchased some chili powder and a whole bunch of various fruits to sample with the powder. No matter how much chili powder we placed on the bananas, the heat was instantly stopped. From that day on, I have tried various chilies with Bananas- without fail- Bananas always stopped the chili's heat.
