The problem is not gun but heart control. It is clearly evident that these incidents have increased since prayer, reading and teaching teh bible has been outlawed in public schools. These alone can help change the heart. Every action has a reaction.

Any centering on Christ which shows notable signs of making his spirit and characteristics come forth fruitfully, in the community and in society, in other words, with results like those of his sacred ministry, should be considered the presence of his Church in some way.

There is also, and very seriously, needed some form of official vigilance concerning evidence on the Internet that persons are showing attitudes and intent that likely lead to public violence.

Two basic thoughts to me, either misfortune all around the world or intent plots with specific target and objectives.

What means are needed, that conform to freedom of speech, which will take timely action to prevent violence, of which there are signs ahead of time on the Internet?
