KState fans love Will Howard. I don’t know a single KStater rooting against Howard and OSU. Avery is a once in a lifetime talent that even last year couldn’t be kept on the bench.

As a Buckeye diehard fan love the show. Been rocking with u for years. Saying that I’m happy with how Will Howard looks right now. If the young man can improve and play mistake free football and be a point guard I’ll take it. His pocket presence looks incredible

As a Kansas State grad and a guy that has watched every game Howard has played in, I only have one knock on the kid. Sometimes he gets over confident in his throwing ability and would try to put the ball in places he was not capable, or potentially no one was capable. That cost us some turnovers in some critical moments.

He has a good arm, he is sneaky athletic, he is passionate, plays hard, and he is a great teammate. The issue was/is, in today's transfer portal world, you can't keep Avery off the field and keep Avery for the future.

I wish Will the best and hope he wins every game this year, unless he meets KSU in the playoffs.

As an ohio state fan I'm not sure why people don't like Will Howard the guy came in worked his tail off and hes looked good the first two games hes accurate and makes good decisions of course we have to see how he does against a team with a pulse but he hasn't given anyone a reason not to be optimistic

Man Will Howard is underrated! First off having a 250 pounder at qb is what Ohio State need Michigan week if the snow decide to come. Second after Beck and Shedeur who is the next qb to be drafted? I believe he will creep into first round. If he can complete the deal on top of coming from Ryan Day I think will make someone jump. Think back to Josh Allen he struggled with accuracy at WYOMING and still with 6th. With his leadership intangibles on top of being sneaky athletic I honestly think he ends up a first rounder.

It also goes 1 step further: Adrian Martinez did the same for Will Howard the year prior. Will was (understandably) pretty sore about the Wildcats bringing in this senior QB, but learned a lot from Adrian, then Will balled out in 2022 when Adrian got injured and then took over the starting job.

Avery Johnson (the PG and former Mav coach) has an amazing voice. I hope the K State kid doesn't sound like him. I am happy for Howard. Ohio State is a win for him. He is a future coach, and he is a great player in his own right.

Buckeyes fan here. Lived outside of Manhattan KS, 95-98 and rooted for Kstate to upset Nebraska every year. Perfect timing for me as a buckeye fan. I like Howard and glad he's looking potentially to be a krenzel like QB. If he can lead the Buckeyes over Michigan, I don't care what happens after. A Natty would be awesome but to have a serviceable QB is great could potentially "save" Day! Lol
