It was good that David not only survived the fall when those 2 cops shot the straps of the parachute he was using but that he changed into the Hulk in private in the shack which he fell into so they wouldn't see.

Banner’s boot exploded while in the shed. A very scary transformation!

This was good because it went against the usual jeans/boots/cowboy shirt type of Hulk-out. Putting Banner in different places and clothing while transforming would've kept it a bit more interesting.

When David crashed through the building and hit the ground, since he had not transformed yet, that should have killed him. If he became the Hulk before hitting the building, he would have survived but been very angry.
