Okay to get hyper technical about this throw -- it is neither sukui nage nor tani otoshi. In fact, it is not among the throws recognized by kodokan judo. Rather, it is classical aikido's kokyo nage and tomiki aikido's gyakugame-ate. The technique involves throwing uke over the leading leg using pressure from the leading hand across the upper chest or neck. When doing it hard against a resisting opponent, as here, it is not unusual for tori to fall with uke. But falling with him does not convert the throw to tani otoshi, which is characterized by a pulling downward usually from behind uke so that uke falls over the outstretched leading leg as tori sinks to the floor.

But as Steve Scott would say, whatever you call it, call it ippon.

Not suki-nage, the throw is tani otoshi.
