Greatest boat snack I have ever found is small individual cups of no-sugar-added peeled grapefruit. There is nothing more refreshing than that juice on a hot day. And it’s great brain food!!

and some body armors. always bring sunflower seeds too but never eat many 😅

Jerky, Peanut Butter Crackers, and water for snacks. The regular Lunchables are a legit meal to throw in the icechest for a day too!
