Scar, pcar or bcar are necessary for hvz to get under the fps caps.

I think Dart Zone was just making wise use of 'existing tooling' to reduce the cost of production.
Not that I don't believe scar-barrel-concepts have an application for the flywheeler 'masterrace'. Just for flywheelers, the canted cage/flywheel combo is just gonna work better for 150fps or so.
For bcar to work with a flywheeler at all requires a re-engineering of the concept.
The dart of a flywheeler needs to 'sail or fly-through' the bcar without the benefit of riding a wave of air.
1.) The 'twist' needs to be less, maybe 50% less, depending on the velocity applied to the dart.
2.) There should be fewer Bearings.
3.) The spacing of the Bearings may also require revision.
4.) The amount of pressure the Bearings Exert on the darts flung from flywheels will necessarily need to be a bit less.
All these compromises are probably what's kept scars, or bcars from being successfully used in flywheelers.
