For clarification, Shadow's shoes are designed to have 0 friction underneath them by having them essentially float off the ground by a little bit. That's the reason why Shadow looks like he's sliding around when he runs being cause he IS sliding around when he runs. So when Sonic tried running in Shadow's body he slipped cause he wasn't use to running with his feet having no friction against the ground to which was caused by him wearing Shadow's shoes at the time.

Sonic in Shadow’s body looks scarer then Shadow normally, just because how Sonic holds himself. Seeing Shadow smirk and act so cocky is terrifying… but Sonic is Sonic so it doesn’t stick for long

I just love how at 0:07 Sonic's just in the background like "Uhhhh" and just how he's just like "Hehe" at 0:22 and just everyone's reactions to being in each others body's. I love how Sonic's just like "Let's test this. (fails) Or not..." Silver's just like a curious child and Shadow's likely about to see just how much chaos and destruction he can cause in Silver's body 'cause why not with him.
