FREE Vector Tool & Graphics

There's a site called RAPID RESIZER that allows users to resize images to really large dimensions. It costs money. HOWEVER, there are free options buried in the website. In this video, I walk through how to access the free stuff.

Hi I went trough your videos but I didn’t find answer for my question. I hope you help me with.
I have a colored vector in eps and I would like to save it as dxf, when I do it dxf file comes without color filled in just drawing shape of this vector. How to change files like png or eps vector ( shapes filled with color) to dxf file also filled with same color?
Like I said when I’m doing this dxf file shows just drawing lines of this vector, without color filled in.
