Info on the following would have been useful: (1) what material these rigs are made from, (2) if made from metal, how uncomfortable could they get during winters, (3) do you recommend them as protection for the camera (not for purposes of attaching peripherals/addons). Nice video nonetheless.

I also have the newer SmallRig Cage with the silicone handle and it's almost perfect except for the limited access of the flash socket which prevents use of the Sony Flash, had to shave off the top of the cage by a bit.
