Vegan Vietnamese Pizza 🍕

Vietnamese Pizza (known as Bánh Tráng Nướng) - It’s not like a traditional Italian pizza, since it relies on rice paper as the base, but there’s lots of cheese and your choice of toppings involved. I used plant-based cheese and it was chef’s kiss!

This super popular Vietnamese street food snack has been on repeat in my house because it’s delicious and takes 10 minutes to put together. So, if you were wondering what to do with all the leftover rice paper you might have in your pantry, might I suggest this snack?
