I just created a HYS account with synchrony after watching this video….I had zero issues creating the account and xfring $$ from my .01% “traditional “savings account to the new Synchrony account.Only complaint….the 3 day lag period…..I am sure in 2023 they could make it instant…..somebody gets to sit on that $$ without paying ANY interest…I am sure is the reason.

Wealthfront and Synchrony is my set up....I need ATM access and both of these have it....all I got to say.

Im literally going through hell getting set up with this bank
I have spent over 3 weeks setting up a simple savings account.
Even worse....they sent me a check and told me to sign it so they could use it to open my account.
A week later they emailed me and said everything was good...
But still, a week later....no debit or atm card....so i couldn't access my money at all.
Then i finally got my only....not a debit card so i couldn't even link my external bank that i spent days linking 😡

I just went thru this same process with capital one.They said my account was all set but they wouldn't let me access it after 4 attempts at customer service i finally got thru but it was overseas.Let's just say im done with capital one and probably wont be pursuing synchrony either
