1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 large egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup finely diced red plum
8 sheets phyllo, thawed
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Granulated sugar, for sprinkling

That was lovely. He's a delight and clearly loves his Momma very much. The pies are a quick version of a plum custard phyllo pie that I like very much.I'm not sure I would enjoy the cream cheese as much as cooked custard.

samantha you should get artie kid safe knifes!! i think they're made out of nylon! i'm not a parent but within all the food channels i've watched in the past years it seems to be a really popular item for kids who wanna help!
they cut through fruit/veggies really well surprisingly
