Funny you say that actually, I just read Neil Young's new book, and in it he says when music gets transferred from analog to digital in the studio, and finally to a cd or music file and then our ears, we're actually losing most of the sound quality and only hearing about 5% of what may have been originally recorded, which is why in many cases, vinyl records still have superior sound quality.

Yes! Hope & Ruin was OK, but I felt it strayed too far from their rock sound they had developed. Glad to hear the guitars be front and centre again!

Yeah I understand that, but what I meant is in this recording they changed the song from the way they play it live and it doesn't have the same feeling to it at all. Sounds countryish and live it's all rock. I'm just going to have to get used to the fact that the Trews are a live band, and not really a cd band.
