They design standard dps unit(keqing, diluc) to be extremelly versatile . You can swap them out any moment and it would not destroyed the rotation. Basically you trade comfort for damage. I have all the OP eletro unit(c3 raiden, cyno), but i still prefer to use keqing, a lot of iframe and very mobile with her thunderfury E. About damage potential, theres no debate that she falls behind other units
