To all the folks victim blaming… The young lady broke up with the suspect…she did not know he was on parole or out of jail or wearing a tether... The suspect went to the victims apartment ARMED WITH A KNIFE… In other words, the suspect went there to kill them.

On parole with a monitor ankle …….. over and over and over and again and again. This is insane…. Who are the judges letting this certify monsters out and why…… we need accountability, we need names…. People blame the police but is the judges and law makers. Family need to sue the judge.
