Learn how to prepare a perfectly SMOKED Beef Tenderloin on the smoker. First, we will season and smoke the beef tenderloin using our Pit Boss Pro Series 1150 pellet grill. While the beef is smoking, we'll prepare our a simple Garlic Butter, as well as a delicious Horseradish Cream sauce to accompany on at the end. Finally, we'll show you how to sear the beef tenderloin with high heat and finish it at the perfect doneness!
