Samsung crazy washing machine

This washing machine is too bouncy. Like in home alone

just bought an eco bubble wash, makes a noise while spinning but not so much, the reason for so much of noise is that the weight in the form of stone slab put on the drum is not adequate enough to hold the drum while spinning. I had an ifb elite some years back, was very silent while spinning because the stone slab used on the drum was very heavy and big enough to prevent the drum from moving sidewise while spinning. Cant these samsung chaps realise such a small thing and rectify it.

The transit bolts must be when you taking in service removed. If you want to take it to another place with your car, you must place the bolts back into the machine to prevent shaking the drum while driving your car!

We have the same, I wont touch samsung washers again and there after sales is rubbish if your just outside the warranty. After 2 and half years it started the same noise. It's caused by plastic washers/pins disintegrating. Cost as nearly as much as a new machine to repair. Local repair man said he has seen it with a few Samsungs now. Steer clear of samsung

Take the transit bolts out and level the feet, theres nothing wrong with it!

Remove the transit bolts from back, should have read the manual for installation instructions.

Take the transit brackets out!! Read the instructions that came with the machine. That is why they include them with products duh!!

Just remove any shipping bolts at the back of the Samsung washer to make it safe in place.

imstallation instructions are: install washer install drain hose install water inlet hose remove transit bolts cover transit holes ajust legs and turn on mains cold water feed and push washer and dont cinck hoses and dont forget to test spin after installing this samsung washer.
