I don't understand why it can't still fly. Isn't it just the tip of the blades that are damaged? I mean, if the weather is good and temps are favorable . . . why not give it another try?

Wow! It must have just barely brushed the top of the dune. I was expecting to maybe see some pieces of the blades spread around.
Can't wait for the close up images.

Think of talcum powder full of static electricity acting like quicksand when dealing with those dunes.

Next' should be an airplane drone' sent to see if their guessing' that air is to thin for flight'. Is a true' "theory" or like most hypothesis, is "only" scientific "guesses" maybe airplanes, can fly as well. And better' for video observations.
