So pleased that you are getting a better espresso with the flow control, it looks like a beautiful shot. I got my Bianca on Saturday afternoon, beautiful machine and it just looks the part in my kitchen, I am like you, still practicing with the paddle. I never thought to get other beans, I am just using my normal suppliers beans, what a difference in my coffee, massive learning curve from the Sage Oracle. I put my Oracle on a well known site for sale, geez I wish I had more Sage Oracle machines for sale, I’ve had numerous messages with offers for it, I am so pleased that it has sold for a fantastic price, I am going to meet the buyer on Thursday, rather than send it by courier, I am meeting the buyer half way.

Interesting video sir. Looking for a new machine, how is the maras temperature stability wise? Because i read a lot of comments about HX machines being kinda unstable and and needing to flash water everytime
