So refreshing and fascinating. Some of the things were great to see and hear: the interview process at the Menlo, really open environment, high tech anthropology (helping the client turn outward), why learn from observation rather than interview (about solution effectiveness), ‘people who pay you may not be the people you serve’ (insurance policy example), ‘if we are always in harmony, we may not produce the best result’, the team does the finances – leaders may not be even there!, focus on the person ... wow! As a student of Arbinger, I am always fascinated to see what Outward Mindset can do to a company! Kudos!

This looks like amazing stuff. I keep wondering if you have to be an extrovert for this to work, or does arbinger/menlo have a different view on what that means... It feels like such a better work environment, but also makes me nervous as an "introverted" person. I probably need to learn more about what an outward mindset is.
