Lucky Home Warehouse located in Samrong, Thailand is considered a paradise for photographers. With rows and rows of boxes filled with second-hand camera and lenses, you can practically go swimming in a sea full of cameras.

From compact digital cameras to full-on manual film cameras you are sure to find some of your vintage favorites.

The cameras are displayed very nicely and easy to browse on the shelves. I only go when they have at least 60% off sale. Bring a small flashlight when browsing as it is a bit dark on the shelves and in their bins. If you are looking for electronic flash or any item that requires batteries, be prepared to bring them to test the product. If you are tech savy, you will bring a continuity tester, wire brush and probe. Also bring a small magnifying glass so you can inspect the cameras/lenses. They do have a table to sit so you can inspect and test those items. You will have to check-in your bags and if you have a camera or lens in your bag you need to test with, just tell the people at the desk to concur with that so they know those are your personal items. In addition to film SLR/Rangefinder cameras, they have auto focus pocket digital cameras, DSLR, tripods, camera bags, video equipment, camera accessories and other related camera items. Plan to spend some time hunting.

i would LOVE to browse that place, whey don't they have that sorta places in the west. best we can get is small thrift stores filled with dusty smelly clothes.
