One thing that stands out to me when she speaks in interviews is when she is asked about what her life was like growing up, she starts with how life was different because of who her parents are. She doesn’t get into details about the people who raised her and her upbringing. It’s like her story begins when she remembers seeing Aaliyah in tv. It may be the interviewers are asking the wrong questions. If it were me, I would be asking the questions that are centered to where she was born, where did she live, who did she live with, where did she go to school, how did she do in school, did she graduated, did she date, was she ever in a serious relationship, where are these people now, who is still in touch with from her upbringing, has she ever been hospitalized, if so, when and for what, who are her cousins and friends, had she ever had a job? All my questions would be centered around her and not her relation to Aaliyah or R-Kelly🤷🏽‍♀️
