The lore so far:
After Ill used her god like powers to create a time loop to torture Jonknee she presents a new method. This torture involves Johknee reviving a gift to give to Ill. Johknee tried to break the loop by telling Ill to give him a gift. However he does not prevail. Maybe soon Johknee can escape Ill’s time loop.

It always says "based on two friends" at the intro, which implies somewhere in the multiverse, there is a guy named Johnknee who is trying to live a normal life but a time-travelling interdimensional being named Ill is on a quest to destroy all versions of Johnknee in all timelines, using various methods that are slowly breaking their reality. But Ill doesn't care, as they only want to see the ruin of Johnknee.

EDITED-ON SIDE NOTE: Ill is not a girl or a boy. They may take the form of a girl (I'm pretty sure they do. Pelo, correct me if I'm wrong) but they are beyond gender or sexuality. They are an dark blotch on the face of the multiverse. The usual rules of biology or society do not apply to them, only the rules they WANT to apply to them. Ill is a malevolent god standing amongst the many Johnknees of the multiverse. The Johnkees will meet a sorrowful end, knowing they will die alone, without any true friends to speak of. Ill will feast on their bodies, ravishing their last screams, until there will be no more Johnknees to play with. What they will do next is uncertain. But considering Ill's chaotic tendencies, it can't be good.
