Yes the JP80 is just Awesome! One sweet board that many over the years have looked over. Not a workstation but a performance synth, that can make some freaking monster layers (256 poly)

When it was first released so many were disappointed because they were wanting a remake of the SuperJ8...including myself. It was something many just passed on. But those who REALLY knew what this board had to offer - bought one. Now that u cannot get one heads are turning and as human as we are when we can’t get one we want one now. LOL They are going north of $3k for ones in nice condition now.

I am trying to remember when Roland first released it the selling price was around $3499 and maybe listed higher. Within a short period it was reduced in price again then down to the price I remember $2499 and the few last boards even less..

FYI - for Roland, this board was very expensive to manufacture - and will not be produced again.

Finally I realized how special this keyboard really is and in time I think many more are going to appreciate it (now that is gone from production)
I maybe wrong but I think this is one of those few keyboards that will be going up in value and then up in value

Awesome job - a killer track!!! I found your video browsing for info and vids to convince me keeping my Jupiter 80, as I was considering to sell it. You most likely saved me from doing a stupid and costly mistake. If I would have found this video after selling my JP80, I'd have banged my head against the wall for hours...
