It is disrespectful. If a celebrity asks not to be touched back off. Especially if they're busy. You guys wonder why sometimes they snap it's because they're bombarded by people basically harassing them, or because of the constant anxiety of it happening. Ask for a hug, or a handshake, or picture. If they say no just hush. If you "love" an idol you don't know personally, you would respect them, their bodies and personal space.

I already saw another video where two females reached out to touch him, and he got closer and stood up like he did in this video to let his fans touch him. Two or three women touched his arms or upper chest and he stayed for a while and allowed it. He enjoyed every minute of it. So there. He was face to face with them and got closer so they can reach and touch him.
