I really appreciate the way Jack handled the situation. It's better to bring awareness of something negative in a positive way than to handle it with negativity.

It's inspiring to see Sarah own up to her mistakes and commit to change. 🎉

And that’s why you should never judge someone by their appearance hopefully Sarah learns from this

I was a plus size person and I hated it when the plus size was hidden away from the rest of the people and the area was messy and not inviting to the customers

Dang, the way Sara treat Julia was not nice . When Julia asked for help in tring to pick something out or what she thought Julia might look good in Sara wasn't helpful . But Jack on the hand went out of his way to help Julia find something that made Julia feel in good. Which is so great. We come in all different shapes and size thats what makes special .

I am glad Sarah was able to admit that she was wrong in how she treated this customer and was big enough to apologize!! I am a plus size woman and I live in Canada and the stores her have the plus size clothing out just like they have the regular size out!! We are very lucky because we have very cute and lots to choose from clothing which makes things so much better because you feel like you matter just like everyone else!!

This reminds me of my interactions at my local Kohl's. I use to find tons of plus size clothes for work and casual. I wear a size 16 pants and a 2X top.

But then something changed when they started carrying more name brand clothes and introduced Sephora.

All of a sudden the plus size clothes were not in the women's section anymore, it was in the far back and a 1/3 of the size it was previously, but now the majority (like 90%) of the clothes in the plus size section are exercise clothes and the other clothes are in eye bleed colors and patterns, the clothing is made cheaply and misshaped.

When I asked for help, all an employee told me is that they have a bigger selection of plus size clothes I can order online.

So basically I have to buy the clothes first to try them on and then go to the store to return them, while other customers can try the clothes on for free..

Oh, and Kohl's considers size 12 or higher plus size. So even if I lose weight, which 3 different employees suggested, I would still be considered plus size unless I became a size 10 or smaller.

I'm an ED survivor so I don't shop there anymore.

So, ok, the customer comes in plus-sized yet attractive, looking for a dress that will complement her look. The Afro-American clerk attending to her had to open the unprofessional mouth and said there was more at the back room. As if we don't know that she wants this customer to head out the store, not knowing her background and who she really is. Only few things were whirring; "class, affordability, high end, not for homeless" vibe, it wouldn't be surprising if this customer was an Undercover CEO!!! Let's hope everything can be resolved, Supermission Squad, never ever judge a book by its' cover!!! Hold tight for the ending!!!

If I were Jack, I would’ve fired Sarah right on the spot, effective immediately. I would not even give any of my employees a warning nor a second chance. I am adamant on my behalf and my decision would be FINAL.

0:20 0:53 5:11 Did anyone else notice that the exact same dress the customer asked for in her size was in the plus size section and she didn't even look at it?
