INGREDIENTS
Dates - 30 grams
Cashews - 30 grams
Green cardamom - 1 pod
Hot water - 140 milliliters
Ice cubes
Milk - 200 milliliters
Apple - 2 tablespoons
Pistachios - for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 30 grams dates, 30 grams cashews, 1 pod green cardamom, 140 milliliters hot water and soak for 30 minutes.
2. In a blender, add ice cubes, soaked mixture, 200 milliliters milk and blend it well.
3. In a serving glass, add some apple, prepared drink and mix it well.
4. Garnish with pistachios.
5. Serve.
