for those who don't get it: The AE85 was basically the "economy car" version of the Trueno and only had about 40 hp. Great for mileage, horrible for racing. That said, I'm sure you could mod an AE85 to be more powerful.

I know that feeling.. some my friends called my first car piece of junk (they was joking), but it annoyed me so bad but real friend told me he dont care what car you have and he said its good car for first car. Remember, you dont always get something so good first for first car.

I’ve always wondered why Itsuki’s driving skills still hasn’t improved over the seasons since he always hangs out with Takumi and the Speed Stars. Takumi drove his 85 like it was his own 86 and Itsuki could’ve picked up a trick or two from him or the Speed Stars.
