I used to highly dislike Trump, in 2018 I had a radical dream about him and the calling he had on his life that was actually tied to protecting the church against persecution. Five days ago (three days before the attempt on Trump's life) my prayers for the country shifted from being a very generic covering, to a full blown tug to pray specifically in two ways. First for there to be a mighty hedge of protection around Trump, his family and his staff. Secondly, that the evil that has fully invaded the Democratic party be forced into the light. So I have prayed specifically this way. God's ways are not our ways, His thoughts are not our thoughts. In listening to the Holy Spirit, I just try as best as I can to follow how He leads me. I believe in God the Father Almighty, Christ Jesus the Son, our Savior and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. And I believe in the power of prayer.
