Arks Giga eats constantly while sprinting and its food stat decreases faster than eating increases it! Its full name means giant southern lizard! The gigas terrible stamina is actually realistic! There's an unreleased tek giga that doesn't naturally spawn but can be cheated in! When it attacks it inflicts the effect gnashes that makes you lose 1% of your max health every second for 5 seconds! Some believe that gigas in real life hunted in packs! Riding it gives you an achievement! It's the most powerful therapod in the game and if you hurt it too much it goes into rage mode and eats its rider and anything else it can find!

Fun fact: if you have a base there is a 30% chance you will wake up to no beds each day with a beautiful you were killed by giga with a nice red tribe log tooo!

Basically the Giga was massively overwanked by the devs as it's actually lighter than Tyrannosaurus Rex which was stronger and heavier in real life, hopefully Ark 2 rectifys this issue as thd Tyrannosaurus Rex should be the top theropod on Ark.

Gigas never hunted in packs. It was more if a mobbing behavior. One found an injured Sauropod and others would join in to kill it, like loose gangs. Think more Komodo Dragon and less Wolf.

Giga having terrible stamina is not realistic at all as it and it’s relatives like carcharodontosaurus we able to keep running for a while as it’s how they were built so they would have high stamina
