I'm a Norwegian Cruise girl!! I love the "Free to Be" philosophy!! I don't need scheduled dinners, I love a 24/7 bar food restaurant. I love their buffets, and restaurants included! Speciality restaurants are awesome, too!!

Loved seeing this -- maybe 30 years ago (we are old!) we went on a land/boat tour of the fjords for 4 days, staying in lovely hotels, riding ferry type boats down the fjords, in summer, no snow. Great tour. Also traveled through Scandinavia by train on our own. Nice to think that now we are 75 and 82 and not in as good physical shape we could take a big cruise ship through the area. My favorite NCL food is the pecan bun in the buffet for breakfast...be sure to try it.
