Is Equivalency certificate for aiq students must at the time of reporting(state board) or could submit after admission or college will make it own. would there be any problem at reporting without equivalence certificat

Svs medical College is better than GMC because no facility in GMC svs medical college has pg specialist pg also and op is more more than GMC only normal delivery in GMC this student are telling wrong and i personally went their my opinion is SVS medical college is better than GMC students can learn more in SVS medical
