I just wanted to swing back in here and say that this video inspired me to get out of my comfort zone and try something g new. I decided to go on a solo trip to kansas. I picked a spot on onX and got a stand in a tree. I also ended up killing the biggest buck of my life on my first sit!

I have been hunting for a long time and that is the most beautiful buck I have ever laid eyes on. Tine length, spread, mass, the character in the kickers, etc. It has everything. He was dead on his feet as soon as you released that arrow and still made it that far...a true warrior that died majestically. Congratulations Chris!

I come back to watch this hunt every time it's recommended to me. Such an amazing hunt in all aspects. I have always seen big buck movement after strong winds die down like that. That day had all the ingredients for seeing big bucks, It was the first sit, the rut was in full swing, and the strong winds died down. Everything was in your favor on that day, awesome awesome hunt!

Phenomenal Hunt Congrats! IMO the best part of this video is 15:44 - 16:50. The majority of people do not understand that hunting is not just a hobby, its something embedded deep inside ones soul that it can cause that person to forget about what is important. Tons of respect for you for the fact you were able to open up and admit that on camera. Congrats man hell of a buck!
