I love this idea of enclosing a house in a climate controlled greenhouse.

Just back from a short week away, in Port Patrick Scotland. It was such a relaxing week away. My husband and I just finished watching a great half hour of video from you two videos one right after the other. Great progress seems like all is smooth sailing. (Fingers crossed) that it keeps going this way. I have to say I love the kitchen, and your outside stairs looks so dreamy when lit up. I also am so happy that you will keep your videos coming, I would like very much to see it all complete in and out and how you will work all the electronics to control humidity especially with a pool inside the green house. Also curious to see a comparison of temperature inside the green house compared to the temperature outside the green house winter and summer. (Not nosey just very curious cause it is looking so lovely)

Will the stairs be slick in the rain? They do look great.

I understand having citrus trees inside a greenhouse since they can't survive in the cold and don't want ground freezing during winter months. What about apples, pears, peaches, plums, or cherries? I know some plants, such as mulberries, require 40 days of ground temps 40F or lower to germinate. But if you're just trying to produce fruit, do you need a "cold period" for more northern fruit trees? Or is the best option to have citrus inside, the others outside?
